Program Delivery

ALDO is a multi-national contemporary shoes and accessories brand, headquartered in Montreal, Canada. In efforts to lead the industry in innovation technology experiences in-store, I worked with their team to deliver their Store of the Future concept store, as well as their first native mobile app.

The work included program stewardship, process design to support workflows with internal and vendor teams alike, as well as product leadership.

The Store of the Future program launched first in New York City, and parts of the experience were later rolled out to 140 additional stores across the US and Canada.
